Vulcan Seals Call-Off Orders / Blanket Purchase Orders Policy

This policy applies to Call-Off Orders or Blanket Purchase Orders placed with your local Vulcan Seals entity. It covers two types of Call-Off Orders:

  1. Call-Off with Supply Schedule
  2. Call-Off without Supply Schedule

General Note:

Call-Off Orders with a complete supply schedule are strongly preferred, as they allow us to optimize supply chain management, provide competitive pricing, and ensure stock availability based on your demand. This approach also helps avoid the need for commercial contract pricing reviews.

1. Policy for Call-Off Orders with Supply Schedule

  • Minimum Order Value: £1000 / €1250 / $1250.
  • Minimum Batch Line Value: £200 / €250 / $250.
  • Order Schedule: The Call-Off Order schedule must specify the quantity and required dispatch date for each batch, with a final dispatch date no later than 12 months from the date of order.
  • Schedule Amendments: Requests to amend or delay the Call-Off schedule can only be accepted if the product has not yet been produced or is not in production.

2. Policy for Call-Off Orders without Supply Schedule

  • Minimum Order Value: £1000 / €1250 / $1250.
  • Minimum Batch Line Value: £200 / €250 / $250.
  • Order Processing: Orders without a supply schedule will be split into 12 monthly deliveries, with the final dispatch date no later than 12 months from the date of order.
  • Schedule Amendments: As with orders with a supply schedule, requests to delay deliveries can only be accepted if the product has not been produced or is not in production.
